Steve Brown – Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate & Property Manager at Southern Choice Properties

Hi, I’m Steve Brown, a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate with Southern Choice Properties. Over the past seven years, I’ve specialized in Farms, Ranches, and land tracts—and now proudly serve as the lead for our Property Management Division.

As a fifth-generation resident of DeFuniak Springs, Walton County isn’t just where I work—it’s home. I’m passionate about helping homeowners protect their investments and ensuring tenants feel right at home. Whether it’s coordinating maintenance, screening quality tenants, or handling lease agreements, I believe in doing things the right way—with honesty, reliability, and a hands-on approach.

If you’re looking for trusted guidance in DeFuniak Springs real estate, especially when it comes to property management, I’m here to help. My local knowledge and commitment to service make all the difference.

I’m married to my best friend, Brandy Brown—our Broker/Owner—and together, we’re raising two beautiful daughters, Lillian and Jasmine. Our family is rooted in faith, and we are active members of Southwide Baptist Church. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outdoors, enjoying God’s creation while hunting or fishing.

Whether you’re a property owner looking for dependable management or a renter in search of your next home, I’d love to help. I’m just a call, text, or email away—and always ready to serve!
